Inside Sales Specialist/ Full Time Intern

Enthusiasm for the software sector.

Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Adaptability to changing market conditions.

Fluency in English and Turkish language is a must.

Current enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities

Prospect and identify potential clients through research and outreach.

Engage with leads via phone calls, emails, video conferencing, and online chats.

Showcase the value of our products/services through product demonstrations and presentations.

Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.

Close sales by negotiating terms, providing pricing details, and addressing objections.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities on HubSpot.

Collaborate with the customer success and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
