Fiorent Confidentiality Agreement

Fiorent Information Technologies Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as Fiorent) provides rental software to its customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of users of Fiorent's service and website (“Services”), as well as our customers and representatives of our marketing contacts (hereinafter “Customers”). This applies to the data Fiorent collects from you when you visit the website or use our services. This policy clearly explains how we process any personal data that we collect from you or that you provide to us. Please read the following information carefully to understand our views and practices regarding the personal data we hold and how we treat it. 

Processed Personal Data and Data Sources

Fiorent may collect and process the following Analytical Data.  Although we do not normally use Analytical Data to identify individuals, sometimes individuals can be identified from this data alone or when combined with or linked to Customer Data. In such cases, Analytical Data will also be considered personal data under applicable law and we will treat aggregated data as personal data.

  • Scanner type and version; 

  • The language setting.

We use cookies on our website and platform. right of access

You can request us to restrict the processing of your personal data, for example when your requests for deletion, rectification or objection are pending and/or we have no legitimate reasons to process your data. However, this may make you less likely to use our Services.
