Customer Success Specialist
Ideal Candidate

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Understand customers' business objectives and work closely with them to ensure our solutions meet their needs.

Create and develop onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our software.

Provide proactive support, offering advice and identifying opportunities for customers to maximize the value they receive from our products.

Conduct regular check-ins with customers, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer feedback and drive product enhancements.

Provide training sessions and materials to educate customers on new features and updates.

Prepare and send emails to keep customers informed and updated.

Actively search for new products or services to stay updated and provide feedback to the product team.

Report directly to the CMO.
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-
1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
-
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
-
Experience working with B2B software solutions is a plus.
-
Proficiency in using Intercom and customer success platforms.

Fluency in English and Turkish.

Location: Must be living in İstanbul.
